Terms & Policies

RESERVATION POLICIES:

20% non-refundable deposit is required for cabin and vacation rental at booking.  Number of guests for each booking is required.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will do our best to accommodate cancellations a month or more out from arrival date, but reserve the right to not refund the 20% deposit required at booking.

CHECK-IN:

A ranch employee will be on site upon arrival and will help orient your group to the ranch and surroundings.  Check-in is after 4 p.m. unless other wise requested.  

FACILITIES:

Along with the cabins is a shared kitchenette for cooking and dining. 

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

At the ranch yard there will always be animals including; horses, cattle, dogs and barn cats.  Please be aware if you are allergic to animals or crops such as drying hay.
